They did a room check to determine whether or not to return my deposit of 200$. They too k a picture of a garbage bag with one cigarette in it and TOLD me i was smoking in my room. I was there from Tuesday October 31st until Friday November 3rd. I did NOT smoke in the room. It DID NOT SMELL OF SMOKE, and the manager there REFUSED to return to the room in question WITH ME to prove the room either smelled of smoke, or DID NOT smell of smoke. They kept my 200$ deposit. I asked them to call the police. This appears to be a malicious cash grab. I was left without a penny to even catch a bus and had too many bags to carry myself. I have already contacted MASTERCARD and will be in litigation if my deposit is NOT refunded to me

The room size was fine the short leaked the place needs a freshen up. We ordered from the restaurant it took for ever and when we did receive our food it was cold. We also requested extra pillows they never arrived.

The town of Hamilton is nice has great biking opportunites, beautiful waterfront, some cool neighborhoods. The shower was good at the hotel.
